And in the end

The Beatles last album was performed live on many tracks and a fitting tribute to one of the few bands who had learnt their craft the hard way on stage and crossing all generations from the leather jacket's and Teddy Boy' styles of the fifties, the Mod and Hippy generations, through to the present day. Not bad for for a couple of lad's from Liverpool.

The group itself had more than died long before the tragic murder of John Lennon and in some way the fact that they did not return as a unit in the future to pander to the money men who just wanted to cash in, adds to the quality and memory of what they had achieved musically and still remains today to the old and new generation of music fans'. No has been, but the best there ever was.
